The following terms and conditions apply to customers of TinShed Software Limited's ("we", "our" and "us") website services.
By purchasing or using for free a TinShed Software website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. You must use the website as it was intended at time of sale. You may not convert the website to a different purpose without the express permission of TinShed Software Limited. In such cases if warranted an additional charge may be incurred depending upon the pricing of the site you create.
2. You may not on-sell your website to a third party without the express permission of TinShed Software.
3. We reserve the right to review the status of your account, if in our opinion we deem you are not making "reasonable" use of our bandwidth. This will include using the site for purposes other than intended, or posting an unreasonable number of images or content to the site. This review may include reclassifying your account or suspending or canceling it at our discretion.
4. Although every effort is made to backup and safely store your data we take no responsibility for lost or damaged data, either by your actions or ours.
5. We reserve the right to edit, remove or re-classify any content that we deem offensive or inappropriate.
6. We provide state of the art web server technology and redundancy to keep your website up and running, but we are not responsible for any outage resulting from external Internet connectivity issues or power disruptions beyond our control. In the unlikely event of hardware failure or failure to provide the service you have purchased we will refund or extend your account on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
8. TinShed Software Limited reserves the right to terminate this service at any time. In this unlikely event, you will be refunded your purchase price discounted on a pro-rata basis.
9. TinShed Software reserves the right to place Adsense banner or other non-intrusive navigation advertising on your site.
If you are using TinShed websites under a free licence agreement then TinShed software has the right to review or revoke your membership at anytime.
